TODCOLD – Chiller Door
Temperature Rating: Down to -10°C
The TODCOLD Chiller door is specifically designed for chilled transport applications. The 28mm (1 1/8″) panel consists of a pultruded fibreglass shell with 2.0mm walls, filled with high-performance polyurethane foam. Polypropylene end caps enhance thermal efficiency, while an integrated vinyl joint seal prevents moisture and dust ingress.
The rigid, polyurethane-filled fibreglass construction provides excellent resistance to punctures and dents while maintaining superior insulation properties. The smooth panel surface allows for easy application of paint or decals, with no through-fastenings in the centre of the wide slat door.

TODCOLD – Freezer Door
Temperature Rating: Down to -20°C
Designed for deep-freeze environments, the TODCOLD Freezer door features a 65mm (2 1/2″) insulated panel constructed from a pultruded fibreglass shell with 2.0mm walls, filled with polyurethane foam. Polypropylene end caps and an integrated vinyl joint seal ensure excellent thermal performance while preventing moisture and dust penetration.
The strong, rigid construction delivers high impact resistance and long-term durability. A smooth exterior surface allows for branding or decals, with no central through-fastenings across the wide slat curtain.
