SERIES 2000 HINGEAWAY DOORS
Application: Industrial and Commercial applications where minimal internal
projection and minimal headroom is required.
RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATIONS
Series 2000 Hingeaway Counterweight balanced door as manufactured by Mirage
Industries Pty Ltd., Australia.
STANDARD DESIGN
Doors are constructed from rectangular hollow section steel and suitably braced for
minimum deflection in the open and closed position. The standard design is based on 0.5
kPa wind load. This may be altered to suit particular situations. The desired wind load
must be stated, when specified.
GLAZING
Doors may be fully or partially glazed to suit architectural requirements. Refer to
manufacturer. Kick panel will vary depending on width of door.
CLADDING
Colourbond®, Steel Sheet, Bar Grille, A.R.C. Mesh, Timber, Glass, etc.
LOCKING
For manually operated doors, sliding pad-bolts to the bottom of each side. (Padlocks
supplied by others).
FINISH
Standard finish on frames and
channels, prime - painted. Other options include painting or powdercoating.
Aluminium glazing trim- either anodised or powdercoated.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
