SERIES 1500 SINGLE
LEAF FULLY RECESSED DOORS
No Projection Steel Construction
Application: Ideal for loading docks and car parks
where continuous operation is required. Also suitable for street line frontages
where no external projection is required.
RECOMMENDED SPECIFICATIONS
Series 1500, Single Leaf No-Projection Counterweight door as manufactured by Mirage
Industries Pty Ltd., Australia.
FRAME
Constructed from steel hollow section and designed, in
accordance with AS1170-1981, AS1250-1981, to withstand wind loading as required
in the closed position and provide minimum deflection in the open position.
CLADDING
Colourbond®, Steel Sheet, Bar Grille, A.R.C. Mesh, Timber, Glass, etc.
OPERATION
Smaller doors may be operated by hand with a pull down rod
being supplied if the door is too high to reach. Alternatively, it may be power
operated by a 3 phase motor incorporating a differential drive system.
LOCKING
For manually operated doors, sliding pad-bolts to the bottom of each side. (Padlocks
supplied by others).
FINISH
Standard finish on frames and channels, prime - painted. Other options include painting
or powdercoating.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Access doors within the door / outward opening.
Motorised.
Control systems that may include induction loops and /or photoelectric cells.
Remote control.
Integrated to parking system controls.
